Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to provide our programs, administer your account, and communicate with you.

Account information. When you create an account, you provide your name, email address, and a password, along with any profile details you choose to add. You need an account to enroll in courses and access most content on the Portal.

Information you provide directly. When you register for a course, contact us, or subscribe to our mailing list, you may provide your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in a message.

Enrollment and learning activity. As you use the Portal, we collect information about the courses you register for, your progress and completion, any assessment results, certificates you earn, and any content you post in course discussions.

Payment information. Payments for courses are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) through the platform. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our own systems; that information is handled directly by the payment processor under its own security standards.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Portal, the platform may log standard technical information such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the service functioning. The Portal uses cookies that are necessary for it to operate, including keeping you signed in and maintaining your session, and the platform may use cookies to keep the service secure and to understand how it is used. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites for advertising.
